The Art of Being and Becoming – Spaces for Somatic Therapy, Inner Integration & Embodiment
MY PHILOSOPHY
We come as whole and that is how we should be perceived. My desire is to create a space of therapy as a holistic experience for body, mind and soul that has space for all parts of you.

For me, the fundamental core of healing is acceptance.
To be in acceptance and peace with the aspects and imprints of ourselves so that we can walk in this presence of love and grow toward the light that we truly are.

I see healing as a lifelong journey—
a continuous path of becoming aware and surrendering to one’s own well-being.
It is a journey of getting to know yourself more deeply—with everything that you are—and from this self-awareness, learning how to truly live yourself.

Over the years, I have observed how many people long to return to a state where they feel reset, as if they could meet life from a neutral space, like becoming a blank canvas again.

The truth is, we were never a blank canvas. Even before we are born, the first brushstrokes are set, and the masterpiece of our being begins its creation. From that moment on, the process continues for a lifetime—we are in a constant state of becoming, much of which happens unconsciously. It simply unfolds, and much of it occurs without our active influence.

We shape ourselves, along with our inner world and a nervous system that is perfectly adapted to our lived experiences. None of this is ever our enemy, even if it sometimes feels like it is not serving us, as if it is standing in the way of the peaceful and fulfilling life we strive for.

Instead, I see it as essential to accept ourselves exactly as we are and to work with the masterpiece that we are in this very moment—rather than against ourselves.
This requires us to deeply understand that nothing has ever been wrong with us.
Everything in our being is designed to respond to the outer and inner world and has developed exactly as it is. As I said, there is nothing wrong with that. There is an incredibly high intelligence at work here, one that is often beyond the grasp of the rational mind.

It takes mindfulness and deep engagement—a time of truly getting to know yourself and the willingness to live a life that genuinely serves and nurtures you.
Therefore, in my eyes, the most healing thing is to be fully yourself and to truly live yourself. It sounds so wonderfully simple, yet life often leads us away from ourselves. We are confronted with not knowing what we want, not saying what we need. We struggle to understand our emotions, feel overwhelmed by what we feel—or don’t feel—and experience a sense of powerlessness when our body seems to develop a life of its own. As if we are losing access to ourselves, becoming strangers to our own being.

In this life, we learn a lot, we are taught many things, and yet, one of the greatest journeys of discovery often gets overlooked—the journey of getting to know ourselves.
In deep acceptance that we are absolutely perfect just as we are, life still confronts us, openly showing us that there are phases and situations where we are challenged.
As I said in the beginning, for me, life is a journey of self-discovery.
A crucial part of this is understanding how we react, how we feel, and how we process experiences.
It means appreciating our own energy balance and essence, making it a high priority to nurture and care for it. This also involves making decisions for our well-being—even when they seem irrational to the mind or feel uncomfortable to certain parts of ourselves.
Through my work, I invite you to listen more deeply to yourself, dissolve blockages, and explore, feel, and unfold your full potential. It is especially important to me that this healing process is experienced holistically—so that your rational, physical, and intuitive levels are all engaged and integrated. Together, we will consciously strengthen your inner resonance, allowing it to become a guiding force in your life.
"Healing happens. Naturally. After all, everything that lives naturally strives for recovery, as long as it is still viable and is allowed to."
Susanne Edelmann
Living as yourself, with all that you are, is your healing.
A healthy body is a nurturing home for a vibrant spirit.
A vibrant spirit shapes a healthy, thriving body.

Healing happens through witnessing presence
In every moment, every cell of your body is working for you and for your well-being. That is the intelligence of your body, providing the continuous healing process of your body. Healing does not just happen when we get sick, but is an ongoing process within us, happening in every moment.
In every moment, your body heals, may it be from stress, from environmental influences, from negative thoughts, and from subconscious, suppressed emotions.
Everything is energy.
Emotion is energy in motion flowing through your body.
This means we can move it, we can transform it.
Beneath all of it lies peace, your true state of being. You can feel it in the gaps between feelings. Peace gives you the time and space to recognize who you are and how you want to live.
Life is a gift and you are allowed to enjoy it.
Who do you want to be?
How do you want to experience life?
What is the expression of your self?
How do you live in times of darkness and how do you integrate your shadows?
How do you live your light?
I like to give you these questions.
You do not need to know the answers,
To live into them in your very own way- that is the art.
I hold the space, give impulses and want to support your body and mind, bringing them back to their own vibration. I will not lead you, you know your way and I accompany you.
At your pace, from exactly where you are.

This path is your individual journey,
whether it's coming into power and acceptance,
discovering your expression,
finding your gift,
healing wound of the heart, the soul, the body
the journey to bring life into the world,
saying goodbye,
letting go
or leaving life it self in peace
